GPON technology provides unrestricted symmetric Internet access up to the speeds specified in the tariff plans (maximum speed 800 Mb/s) via wired connection.

The WiFi connection speed is due to the technical capability of the device / devices used by the subscriber.

Trio SP channels are not fixed and can be changed at any time by the Operator. Channels without pricing are not available for purchase and are included only in the tariff plan.

If the annual subscription period chosen by the Subscriber has expired and the latter has not submitted an application to terminate the Subscription Agreement, the Subscription Agreement signed with the Operator is considered automatically extended for an indefinite period, and the Operator continues to provide the Services according to the tariff package chosen by the Subscriber.

By subscribing to the services, the Subscriber confirms their consent to:

• receive from the Operator information about the services provided, including visits by the Operator’s representatives to the Subscriber’s home (place of residence);

• receive messages and notifications regarding changes to the service terms, technical updates, or other matters related to the performance of contractual obligations;

• receive offers for new services or promotions, with the understanding that the Subscriber may withdraw their consent and opt out of such offers at any time without any adverse consequences.
